The role Award winning Recruitment agency Locum Express are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer primarily for our doctor's division to join our team in Cork. Duties of the role include: Searching/contacting existing candidates our database for availability Sourcing suitable candidates and initiating the registration process Building and maintaining the candidate and client database Covering admin tasks such as job adverts, letters, arranging timesheets Performing compliance checks on candidates The successful candidate should have experience in the following and similar characteristics: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service role Excellent organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
