Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and support an architectural team across multiple projects Manage projects from inception, planning/DAC/FSC, tender and construction to handover Coordinate design information with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and planning requirements Oversee programme, deliverables, resourcing and internal design reviews Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to project reporting and performance What You'll bring: Irish project experience (essential) Experience leading a team and delivering projects end-to-end Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines, priorities and stakeholder expectations Revit proficiency preferred (AutoCAD also beneficial) Qualified Architect (RIAI/ARB) or Chartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT or equivalent) What's next Click "Apply Now" to submit your application for Senior Architectural Team Leader role.
