Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking professional looking to drive profitable sales in the West region? As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role in developing our brand and working closely with Retailers to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional support to Retailers, enabling them to execute our brand plan to the highest standard.
* Collaborate with our Regional Managers to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
* Work closely with Retailers on new store openings, revamping stores, and underperforming stores to ensure seamless transitions.
* Embed Local Store Excellence as a way of working, sharing best practices amongst stores.
* Support stores to enhance fresh food skills, maximizing sales and profit in this area.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years retail experience in a store management position, preferably with a third-level qualification in Sales/Business or similar.
* At least 2 years' experience working in Fresh Food departments.
* Experience in financial and people management is essential.
* Proven track record of working on retail projects within a cross-functional team.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills are critical.
* Strong commercial acumen and value selling skills are required.
* Good computer skills, including MS Office.
