Sous Chef
* Main Responsibilities:
* •Support the Executive Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
* •Lead the team in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.
* •Assist with menu planning and recipe development to enhance the culinary experience.
* •Monitor kitchen costs, including food margins, purchasing, and labor management.
* •Mentor and guide junior members of the team to foster a positive learning environment.
The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards across all services while contributing to the development of an exceptional dining experience that showcases Irish ingredients and understated excellence.
