Data Analyst (Python + Tableau)
Our world-renowned client is currently seeking a Data Analyst for a Contract position based in Cork supporting the Global Benefits team across EMEIA.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, assisting in the development and implementation of key support operations, with responsibilities in project management, strategic project delivery, and operational activities worldwide. Experience with enterprise systems, data management, analysis of large datasets in Excel/Numbers, and programming skills using Python, R, and/or SQL are required. The role involves working on financial dashboards, scripting, data uploads, report building, and team projects involving testing. Python and Tableau experience are essential.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Managing a system delivery roadmap to improve data services for business teams.
* Performing data analysis, reporting, and validation.
* Designing and building new data solutions to support data quality, audits, and reporting.
* Communicating status and progress effectively to line managers.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to define timelines, track deliverables, and identify risks throughout projects.
Requirements include:
* An undergraduate degree in Business, Data Administration, Information Systems, or IT preferred.
* Proficiency in Python and Tableau.
* Data analytics skills, including management and analysis in Excel.
* A basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools and data visualization is beneficial.
