Paediatric Primary Care Occupational Therapist

* Deliver advanced occupational therapy assessment and intervention for children with developmental, sensory, and physical challenges.
* Provide clinical leadership and support to junior team members.
* Manage a complex caseload while promoting functional independence and participation in everyday activities.
* Collaborate closely with families, educators, and allied health professionals.
* Contribute to the planning and development of paediatric occupational therapy services.
Maintaining high standards of documentation is essential, in line with guidelines.
Requirements:
* CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally including paediatrics or community-based care.
* Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary team working and case coordination.
* Proven ability to manage a complex caseload.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
