Senior Grade Social Worker Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior social worker to join our team working with children and young people with disabilities. The role will involve developing professional skills in a supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage a caseload, providing assessments and interventions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
2. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
3. Take a lead role in service development within the social work discipline.
4. Delegate tasks appropriately and support the professional development of colleagues.
5. Work collaboratively with families and other agencies to ensure integrated care.
6. Represent the social work discipline at internal meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Must be registered in the Social Work Register maintained by CORU.
* Have three years relevant post qualification experience.
* Must maintain annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by CORU.
* Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU.
