Your new role involves key responsibilities:
* Setting-out from engineers' drawings, site surveys and as-built drawings
* Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.
* Managing subcontractors and general workforce on site
* Planning works efficiently to meet programme targets
* Liaising with client's representatives and design team members as appropriate
* Maintaining highest Health and Safety standards throughout the project
* Ensuring quality work through monitoring and recording of materials
* Accurate record keeping and reporting
