You'll act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and management, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and consistent customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesManage incoming sales enquiries .Qualify, Sell and ensure customer satisfaction .Track and update customers on current orders; prepare weekly lead reports for management.Process daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy.Marketing & CommunicationsCoordinate social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).Promote new products, offers, and marketing campaigns.Participate in online presence reviews & SEO improvements.Attend marketing meetings to support strategy.Administrative SupportManage customer delivery services.Provide general admin support across departments.Handle machine invoicing.Delivery CoordinationCoordinate logistics with external partners, including transfers and lodging.Skills & RequirementsStrong organizational & multitasking skillsProficiency in Sales and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with social media platforms & basic content schedulingExcellent written & verbal communicationAbility to coordinate across departmentsHigh attention to detail.Preferred Experience2+ years in administrative, sales coordination, or marketing support rolesExperience in industrial, machinery, or construction industries is a plusTraining can be provided once the person has a positive can do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€58,837.28 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveSick payWork Location: In person
