We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our mechanical projects.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to our mechanical project teams. This will include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Issue and Control LOTO Permits: Develop and implement a system for issuing and controlling Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) permits to ensure safe working practices on site.
* Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including isolations and permit-to-work procedures.
* Managing Subcontractors: Liaise with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
* Attend Meetings: Represent the project team at meetings with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
* Detailed knowledge of the Authorised Person role.
* Health, Safety, and Environmental knowledge.
* Commercial understanding.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
