Now, we're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Steel & Metal team, covering the Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow and Kilkenny regions.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team where your ideas and contributions truly matter.As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner to our customers—visiting them on-site / in offices, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using Hilti's innovative tools, software (like ONTrack, Fieldwire, VanGateway), and services.You'll manage your own territory with autonomy, building long-term relationships and helping customers work more efficiently and safely. Whether you're consulting on a construction site or collaborating with a managing director, your focus will be on problem-solving, relationship-building, and delivering value.The role is all about nurturing and fostering relationships, developing contacts on site with customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You'll be part of a supportive, field-based regional team who are only a phone call away.We don't expect you to be a construction expert.
