What is the opportunity? We are excited to announce an opening for an Accessibility Test Manager within Group NFT Factory shared services.
This role is pivotal in governing, managing, and leading Accessibility Testing, along with contributing to other non-functional testing aspects such as performance and security, with a primary focus on Accessibility test practices for a range of web and mobile applications hosted across the group.

You will take full responsibility for driving and innovating non-functional testing across IT engineering, ensuring systems meet high standards of performance, reliability, security, and accessibility.
In this role, you will:Serve as the Accessibility Test SME and go-to person for Business, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Development Architects, and Development Leads.Utilize and improve the technical accessibility test framework, processes, criteria, and tools standards.Identify and implement accessibility automation in early development cycles, ensuring comprehensive coverage against WCAG standards.Provide a reusable approach for accessibility testing services across all technologies and business units.Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects on time.Work within Agile and Waterfall development environments, including automation and service delivery.Capture and interpret business, technical, and service acceptance non-functional requirements (NFRs) and solution designs to inform end-to-end accessibility testing.Essential Skills & Experience:Experience leading end-to-end accessibility testing, establishing accessibility test frameworks, and automating accessibility experiments for diverse user bases and use cases.Collaborate with senior partners to enable and expand IT accessibility testing across the organization as part of NFT release cycles.Proficiency with automated testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Evinced, JAWS, TalkOver) and manual testing techniques to identify accessibility issues.Understanding and implementation of WCAG and other relevant accessibility standards.Ability to document and report accessibility issues with detailed information.Work closely with development teams to rectify accessibility issues.Conduct usability testing with individuals with disabilities to gather qualitative data.Stay updated on technological advancements and accessibility legislation.Provide recommendations to improve digital content accessibility.Experience in the banking domain, leading accessibility testing for online or mobile banking, is preferred.Familiarity with WCAG standards and conducting accessibility audits.Strong knowledge of assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).Ability to work collaboratively within teams and with IT partners.What will make you stand out?Accessibility tooling certification recognized by WCAG or accessibility groups.Understanding of non-functional requirements related to accessibility security for disabled users.Knowledge of NFT processes such as ITIL V4 and ITSCM.Essential Qualifications:Relevant third-level qualification.More about the team:Our NFT Factory within IT Engineering Shared Services provides quality, efficient, and effective end-to-end managed services covering performance, resilience, security, accessibility, and operational acceptance testing in production environments to ensure operational readiness and business control compliance.
