Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Dublin Airport

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience while delivering top-tier service. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and enjoy engaging with people, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience.
2. Recommend the best rental options and additional services tailored to customer needs.
3. Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait times.
4. Collect and verify all required documentation.
5. Work closely with internal teams to manage vehicle availability and ensure a seamless handover.
6. Provide clear information on fuel types, road tolls, and return policies.
7. Follow company policies and safety guidelines while supporting your team when needed.


What We Are Looking For

1. A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
3. A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and upsell services.
4. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is an advantage.
5. Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings (5 AM – 1 PM), five days out of seven.
