Servicing the Naval Fleet: A Leadership Role in Electrical Engineering
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Entry Electrical Engineering Officers. This leadership role is at the heart of Naval operations, with responsibility for managing critical onboard systems and supporting mission success at sea and ashore.
As an Electrical Engineering Officer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of complex systems across the fleet, including power generation, navigation, communications, weapons systems, environmental control, and IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems, while also leading and training junior personnel.

Requirements:
* Citizenship: Irish citizen or legally entitled to work in Ireland.
* Character & Fitness: Must meet medical, physical, and security clearance standards.
* Age: Under 50 years.
* Qualifications: Level 8 (or higher) Honours Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Benefits:
* Basic salary: €57,955 with annual increments.
* Naval Service Allowance: €20,570 (tax-free).
* Additional allowances for overseas service: Starting at €15,000.
