Job Role Summary
As a key member of our professional services team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their financial and administrative needs.
* Prepare accounts for clients, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities
* Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
* Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to detect any discrepancies
* Process VAT and RCT returns accurately and efficiently
* Oversee payroll management to ensure smooth payment processes
* Perform miscellaneous duties as required to support the team
Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar practice is essential
* Confident handling figures and possessing good computer skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
* Be flexible and well-organized to meet deadlines
* Ability to work closely within a team environment, being a natural team player
* Previous use of Bright Software/Sage/Autoentry would be beneficial
