The Role
The Life & Pension Administrator
will provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisors across a range of Pension and Investment products. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing new business applications
* Managing compliance-related administration
* Liaising with providers and clients to progress applications and resolve queries
* Scheduling Advisor appointments
* Preparing comprehensive client packs
* Coordinating the client review process
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Desirable Criteria
* Must be QFA certified, working towards or willing to work towards
* At least 2 years experience working within a Brokerage or Pension / Investment provider
* Excellent communication skills

* Salary €40-€45K depending on experience
