The Role
* Specialise in US tax operations — a must-have for this role
* Review US tax implications of corporate actions (mergers, tender offers, restructurings)
* Manage US withholding tax processes, FATCA/CRS compliance, and key US tax filings (W-9, W-8IMY, FBAR)
* Support ASC 740 reporting, Section 163(j) interest deductibility analysis and Section 174 R&D credits
* Partner with global teams to ensure compliance and optimise processes
Experience
* 3 - 8 years' experience in tax, newly qualified up to 5 years' PQE
* Experience in a large, public accounting firm or asset manager / Financial Services firm
* U.S. tax experience is essential
