Design Build Search is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Construction Consultancy offering a range of cost management and project management services to blue chip clients in a wide variety of sectors.

Requirements: Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
Experience preferably gained within a Construction Consultancy, Client, or Developer environment; candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered.
Experience across Residential, Hotel, Commercial, or Logistics projects is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High standard of reporting and documentation skills.
Proven ability to prepare, review, and analyse construction programmes.
Experience in contract administration, particularly under Public Works contracts, is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a high level of computer proficiency.
Strong attention to detail with a precise and analytical approach.
Highly motivated, diligent team player with a proactive and committed work ethic.
