**Job Description**
We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland. This role involves managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projects, collaborating closely with project and engineering teams to ensure effective cost control, contractual compliance, and strong financial performance.
* Manage subcontract procurement,
* tendering negotiation contract placement;
* Prepare cost plans estimates commercial forecasts;
* Measure works prepare valuations variations final accounts;
* Monitor project costs material orders overall financial performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within utilities water or civil engineering industries.
Strong experience in managing subcontractors & project costs. Solid understanding of contracts & commercial risk management techniques. Proficient & nbsp ; i n MS Office & ; c o m m e r c i a l / p r o j e c t management systems.
