Job Title: Compliance Officer
A leading global real estate organisation based in Dublin 2 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and can contribute to the development of a culture of ethics and accountability within the business.
About the Role:
* To monitor and assess compliance with CBI, GDPR, and AML obligations
* To conduct internal audits and maintain compliance policies and procedures
* To provide advice, guidance, and training to staff on compliance matters
* To investigate and report on any compliance breaches
* To prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
* A minimum of 35 years of experience in a compliance role within a regulated sector
* A Professional Diploma in Compliance or equivalent desired
* Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
* Detailed and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
