The Company
Strive Search are delighted to be partnered with an expanding, multinational FMCG business in Kildare. The NPD team is looking to hire an experienced NPD Specialist to join their growing team at a Senior level, having secured a multi-million euro deal with a global brand!
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of new product innovations from concept through to retail launch and commercialisation.
* Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables.
Key Skills Required
* BSc in Food Science or related discipline.
* 4+ years experience working in an FMCG environment within NPD/Technologist related roles.
