This is a newly created role within the team which will allow an ambitious tax professional an excellent opportunity for career progression.As Tax Manager, you will be part of a supportive team and positive working environment where collaboration and continuous learning are central to the culture.About the positionManagement of global tax compliance requirements across al jurisdictionsWorking with external advisors on the annual tax compliance reporting processReview transaction documents for aircraft acquistions, disposals and restructuringsIdentify tax risks and communicate such matters to the businessSupport the senior management with tax structuring and considerations for new fundsPrepare deferred tax workings for quarterly accountsAdvise the business on upcoming tax changes and impacts to the businessManage the close relationships with external advisorsSupport the business on process improvement projects and other ad hoc projectsAbout the personQualified tax professional with training completed in a big 4 firm and management experience within practice or industryStrong communication skills with ability to communicate tax matters to non tax stakeholdersExcellent organisational and project management skillsAmbitious individual, ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
