* Oversight of Retail and Compliance matters within the regulatory affairs team
Data Breach Management: Oversee and direct the Data Breach Investigation and Reporting process to ensure timely and effective resolution. This includes managing data breaches, investigating incidents, reporting findings, and implementing corrective actions.
Regulatory Engagement: Act as a liaison for regulatory bodies during BAU enquiries and investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations. This includes engaging with regulators, coordinating responses to queries or investigations from government agencies or other external parties.
