Position: Production Lead/ Supervisor (FMCG)
Location: Kildare
Salary: Negotiable DOE
About the Role: The role is a food manufacturing role for FMCG. Production planning and line throughput are key aspects of the role. Mechanical and PLC understanding which are key to the operation of food production lines.
Role and Responsibilities
* Plan production on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Good mechanical and IT experience in running/operating multiple packing and production lines
* Organise staff to include production rotas and holiday cover
* Ability to troubleshoot and get production lines operational
* Ensure KPI’s are met to include maintaining plant efficiency and throughput and production targets
Key Skills
* Exceptional planning skills
* Well organized
* Good people and organizational skills
* Good IT skills to include a good understanding of PLC operations and food production lines
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment
* Food qualification desirable but not essential
