What will you be doing?
An exciting opportunity to join the Mapping and Automation team based in Athlone. Forming part of the wider Technical Onboarding and Change Management group, the team will utilise the Trifacta platform in creating data standardisation maps to transform retailer raw sales data into a standard format in preparation for loading. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring all new set-ups will be complete and compliant in a project-oriented environment. Working with Partner Engagement, Data Classification and Production, the team will ensure that all new retailer setups and changes to existing data feeds globally are documented, implemented, and tested. The candidate must have the ability to work in a global and heterogeneous team. This position will encourage forward thinking to evaluate onboarding procedures and to provide input on future improvement opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
* Action and respond to assigned onboarding tickets in a timely manner
* Ensure tickets are up to date and provide information on status when required
* Ensure Circana compliancy requirements and timely deadlines are met for onboarding new partners
* Adopt a strong sense of urgency on requests and issues while adhering to time sensitive outcomes
* Ensure proper communication and hand-off procedures to Production and other teams are adhered to
* Translate data results into meaningful summaries to support business decisions
* Be responsible for loading and preserving the integrity of historical data
* Drive and deliver the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an individual, team and department basis
Requirements
* Are fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
* Excellent analytical and technical skills, detail orientated
* Have an organised approach to managing workload
* You embrace teamwork and possess the ability to effectively work cross functionally
* Are a problem solver with troubleshooting experience
* Enjoy adapting to and learning new technologies quickly and with enthusiasm
* Have experience working with UNIX/LINUX
* Are able to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision
While preferred, the following are not required. You’ll get bonus points for having:
* A bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical stream
* Experience working with large datasets
* Prior experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tools such as Trifacta, Ab Initio, Syncsort or others
* Prior exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
