* Oversight of finishing aspects of the construction project
* Management of subcontractors and tradespeople involved in finishing work
* Regular inspections and quality checks to identify defects or deficiencies
* Collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders for project success
Maintenance of accurate records of project progress, material usage, and daily activities. Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols for a secure work environment.
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson
* Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Effective task management
