Excellent culinary background required, 2+ years' experience in this role.
Excellent HACCP & Hygiene awareness.
Ability to work in all areas of the kitchen.
Ability to work under pressure whilst producing excellent cuisine.
Confidence working on your own initiative and as part of a successful team.
Experience in a busy kitchen.
