Experienced Finance Solicitors – Banking, Asset Finance & Structured Finance (Dublin)Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)We are recruiting on behalf of leading Dublin law firms, including top-tier and elite practices, for experienced Finance Solicitors to join teams specialising in Banking, Asset Finance, and Structured Finance.
This is a rare opportunity for talented lawyers to work on high-value, complex transactions with international exposure, across a broad range of financial products.
About the Roles: We are seeking lawyers with expertise in areas such as: Banking & Finance: Lending facilities, acquisition financing, syndicated loans, and general corporate lending transactions.
Asset Finance: Aviation, shipping, rail, and equipment finance; asset-backed securitisations; leasing structures; warehouse financings; portfolio acquisitions and sales; and export credit agency transactions.
Structured Finance & Capital Markets: CLOs, RMBS/CMBS, repackagings, structured fund products, debt issuance programmes, and other securitisation structures.
Successful candidates will advise top-tier domestic and international clients, including banks, investment funds, private equity investors, operating lessors, and corporate borrowers.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on complex Irish law aspects of finance transactions across multiple structures.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and related financial instruments.
Manage transactions efficiently from inception to completion.
Engage with clients and internal teams to provide commercially focused legal advice.
Support business development and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
The Person: Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (PQE 2–7 years).
Strong technical knowledge and experience in banking, asset finance, or structured finance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value transactions under pressure.
Commercially minded, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
