We are seeking an experienced and passionate Unit Chef/Manager to lead our Canteen operations and oversee the day-to-day running of our catering unit. The ideal candidate will combine strong culinary expertise with leadership and management skills to ensure high standard of food quality, safety and service.Key responsibilities:*Plan, prepare and present high quality meals in line with company standards.*Manage stock levels, ordering and cost control to meet budget targets. Being proficient with online ordering and use of Excel.*Maintain excellent customer service and relations with in the school.*Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety regulations.Requirements:*Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role.*Strong understanding of canteen management, budgeting and food safety standards (HACCP)*Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
