The role in a nutshell: As the Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing non-GMP cleaning services for my life sciences client, ensuring top-quality service, regulatory compliance, and solid client relationships.
You'll lead a team of 95, consistently upholding high standards that meet SLAs and KPIs.
Key responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support a large housekeeping staff.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and applicable laws.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the non-GMP cleaning contract to maintain excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client as their main point of contact.
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for the client.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and approve supplier invoices.
Coordinate third-party contractors and suppliers to maximise results.
Drive ongoing improvements and implement innovative solutions that address evolving client needs.
Develop and update site operating procedures.
Run training programs, manage team performance, and encourage professional growth.
Make certain all SLAs, KPIs, and continuity requirements are met.
Conduct annual staff reviews and keep PPM plans current.
The ideal candidate will have the following: A diploma in Facilities Management or relevant experience.
Experience managing large teams within life sciences or pharmaceutical environments.
Outstanding communication skills and substantial client-facing expertise.
Demonstrated success in budgeting and working with suppliers.
Skills in developing and motivating teams and overseeing performance.
Experience planning and delivering projects on time.
Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.
