Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Gulliver's Retail Parkstore in Santry, Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating a team, with experience in furniture sales an advantage. They will be passionate about delivering customer service above and beyond expectations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the store
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure that stores KPIs are consistently delivered
3. Champion superior customer service in-store
The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering an environment of success, teamwork, and collaboration, as well as coaching and developing a team of highly motivated salespeople.
Requirements:
