Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our Enniscorthy office. As the first point of contact for IT support requests, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
* Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, networking, and software issues
* Resolve issues with business-critical applications and core systems
* Maintain detailed documentation for incidents, solutions, and changes
Requirements include minimum 2 years experience in a helpdesk or field-based IT support role at Level 2 proficiency in Windows OS Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory solid understanding of networking fundamentals TCP/IP DNS DHCP Wi-Fi experience troubleshooting IT hardware peripherals familiarity with printers knowledge of Linux/macos environments SQL basic querying data analysis awareness of ITIL principles practices industry certifications desirable skills.
