Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct care to residents in line with their individualised care plans
* Supporting residents to develop their skills and independence
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of care
Requirements:
* A qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules
* Experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities
* CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or in process of registration
