Job Description
The Data Protection Advisor will be responsible for providing training and advice on data protection matters to schools with students who have special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection legislation and experience in working with educational institutions.
* Provide training sessions on data protection best practices;
* Develop online resources and templates for schools to use when handling personal data;
Key Responsibilities
* To provide face-to-face training sessions at Kildare Education Centre or other locations across Ireland as required;
* To develop relationships with management bodies in the education sector;
The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
