National Truck Sales Manager Position
This is a key leadership role within our Commercial Vehicle Sales team, responsible for truck sales nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Developing and executing strategies to achieve maximum profitability in truck sales.
2. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
3. BUILDING strong relationships with customers and proactively seeking new opportunities for Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
4. Working closely with our dealer network to identify new business opportunities.
5. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand and implementing the Mercedes-Benz sales process consistently.
6. Meeting volume and model mix targets set by the company.
7. Exceeding targets for outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a truck sales position.
* A proactive and target-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Good administration and IT skills.
* A full, valid, and current B, C, and EC driving licence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience or knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand is highly desirable. Knowledge of automotive financing and ancillary products and services is also an advantage.
