Job Title: Occupational Health Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
The Occupational Health Administrator will provide administrative support to the Occupational Health Department at our client site in Kinsale. This includes managing assessments, weekly reports, and supporting onsite audits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and coordinate employee health surveillance and medical appointments.
* Manage departmental administrative tasks, including filing, data tracking, and record maintenance.
* Use Excel to populate and analyze data under the guidance of the Occupational Health Nurse.
* Maintain and update internal policies, procedures, and health documentation systems.
* Support health promotion activities and wellness initiatives.
* Manage the department budget, including processing Purchase Orders (POs).
* Coordinate assessments and activities with the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team.
* Prepare weekly departmental reports.
* Assist with onsite audits and inspections.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in OH or medical administration.
* Experience with internal audits, budget management, and scheduling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
* Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
* Attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, international environment.
