KTF Housing Ltd is a leading Timber Frame House Manufacturer Company based in Dundalk, Co Louth and we are currently recruiting an Accounts/Payroll Administrator to assist our Accounts Department Team.Essential Skills* Proficient in Microsoft and Excel* Excellent verbal and written communication skill* Knowledge of BrightPay and other accounting software* Experience in handling payroll-related queries* Processing Timesheets and employee salaries* At least 3-5years experience in a similar roleDuties will include..* Supporting Accounts department team uploading Invoices and reconciling with payment receipts.* Processing timesheets and payroll* Collaborating with HR to ensure accurate and timely payments forstaff members* Calculate and process various employee decuctions, including taxes, pension contributions and other benefits* Maintain and update employee payroll systems and/or other databases* Respond to employee pay/tax related questions and resolve payroll related issues or discrepancies that arise.* Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.* Attend weekly meetings/document and distribute minutes if required.This is a Fulltime position however Part-Time hours may be considered for the right Candidate if required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
