We're excited to partner with a fast-growing business that supports some of the most dynamic brands. Within their facility in Dublin, they are scaling rapidly and investing in developing future operational leaders.
This business has big ambitions, and they're looking for someone equally driven. A hands-on warehouse professional with good knowledge of goods-in/goods-out processes, comfortable working with WMS and basic reporting, and capable of supporting a team through peak periods. The right person will be adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn the company's ways of working.
As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll lead a small but skilled team, ensuring smooth daily operations, safety, excellent standards and a supportive culture. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid warehouse experience and leadership potential who is ready to step up and grow - not just into the role, but beyond it.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and support the warehouse team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in daily workflow.
* Oversee warehouse processes, including goods in, stock movement, goods out and compliance, maintaining operational control and high standards
* Use WMS and basic reporting tools to track performance and support planning
* Maintain excellent organisation, workflow management and promote safe working practices
* Influence a positive team culture through communication, consistency, and high expectations
* Drive small improvement initiatives across layout, productivity, and team development
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years of team leading warehouse experience, ideally within goods in/goods out sections.
* Solid understanding of operational processes and WMS systems
* Confident using basic PC systems for reporting, planning and tracking
* Strong team player with natural leadership potential, who can guide, support and motivate others
* Open-minded, adaptable and keen to grow into a broader operational role
* Experience involving labour and cost savings would be a plus, but not essential
