We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.The Quality Manager will support in leading and managing the quality assurance function, ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards, customer requirements, and company quality objectives. Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, food safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, including HACCP, Threat & Vulnerability Assessments.Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with statutory and company standards, internal, customer, and third-party audits (BRCGS / TFS).Process Control: Monitor production compliance, ensure equipment calibration, and manage product testing (microbiological, allergen, physical).Supplier Quality: Manage supplier approvals for raw materials and packaging.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed traceability records, manage recall systems, and report on quality metrics to senior management.Customer Complaints: Analyse, investigate, and address customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. ·. Manage the Quality and Hygiene function.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation / Experience: Proven experience in food manufacturing, ideally in a leadership role. HACCP Certification (QQI 5/6), Internal Auditor (Food) Certification, Train the Trainer Certification. Education in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field is beneficial.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of food safety legislation, GFSI standards, and auditing processes.Soft Skills: Strong leadership/management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
