Job Title: Offset Printer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offset Printer to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in running offset printing presses or web fed reel presses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare the machine for printing by organizing plates, inks, board, etc.
* Manage and review the job list to ensure all information is correct and jobs are ready for printing.
* Achieve the desired colour and register.
* Ensure accurate documentation is completed and information is correctly added in SME-UP.
* Minimize waste during production.
* Complete full line clearance.
* Maintain the machine according to the maintenance schedule.
* Report any faults or issues that may impact production.
* Monitor stock levels of inks and varnishes.
* Ensure the printing machine and production areas are kept clean at all times.
* Adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
* Relevant trade qualification.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
