Key requirements include:
* 8+ years' experience in project or programme management within SaaS, cloud, or financial technology environments.
* Demonstrated success in end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementations.
* Strong experience managing C-suite stakeholders and senior client relationships.
* Familiarity with regulated or financial services environments.
* Excellent governance, commercial management, and delivery control skills.
* Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain executive visibility.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Client Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
* Programme Delivery – Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects.
* Client Leadership – Act as the primary interface for key financial services clients, ensuring delivery outcomes align with strategic objectives.
* Governance – Manage delivery plans, RAID, budgets, and executive-level reporting.
* Strategic Planning – Define priorities, align resources, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure coordinated execution.
* Commercial Oversight – Manage SOWs, resourcing, and scope control to maintain performance and profitability.
* Coaching & Development – Mentor project managers and promote best-practice delivery frameworks.
