Manage a team of Process Engineering professionals in the design, development, & optimization of manufacturing processes. Facilitates and trains teams in problem solving, standard work, and continuous improvement.How you will do itLead Digital Transformation projects as part of Factory 4.0 implementation.Create Operations dashboards for factories including Safety, Quality and Operational KPIs.Analyse manufacturing and production processes to identify areas for process improvement.Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain process documentation to support process improvements.Design and conduct tests to measure the impact of process changes.Train and mentor staff on new process changes, continuous improvement initiatives, Lean, root cause analysis, and CI tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated and sustainable.Lead and facilitate Kaizen events for process improvement.Monitor and report progress on projects and performance to senior management.Stay updated with the latest practices and trends in process improvement and lean methodologies, particularly in the data centre industry.Implement a production cost model capable of being reviewed on a weekly basis for capacity operational effectiveness, optimise yield and waste reduction.Responsible for the management of RD&I grants and the R&D credits and the associated applications and drawdowns.Participate in Business Application reviews and development.Develop and communicate a clear plan for Business and Operations ExcellenceRecommend future capital investment needs based on identified process constraints & opportunities for growth.Manage a team of Manufacturing, Production and Process Engineers.What we look forBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.Minimum years of experience in Continuous Improvement in a Manufacturing Industry.Experience leading business transformation projects - track record of delivering tangible, recognized business & customer results.Demonstrated leadership capability, strong business acumen, ability to align change management approach to business needs. Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to establish rapport with leaders, customers and peers.Proven analytical and systems-thinking: design & deployment of end-to-end solutions that exceed requirements.Excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills.Experience in leading, training, and coaching Lean and 6Sigma methods & tools.Demonstrated capability in team building, coaching, and effective collaboration.Proactive risk management and issue resolution skills with appropriate escalation practices.
