Hanley Energy has a wealth of enterprise level expertise in both the Industrial Manufacturing and Data Centre markets supporting a wide range of global clients.Position Overview:As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible to produce Building Information Models and related drawings to support the design, installation, and commissioning of complex electrical and mechanical systems in high-value mission-critical facilities. You will work closely with the BIM Coordinator, engineers, and project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated, and clash-free BIM mode**ls.What You'l**l Do:Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and Naviswor- ks forelectrical, mechanical, and architectural compo- nents.Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure coordination and integration- of alldesign disciplines within the- model.Generate 2D drawings, details, and documentation from the 3D mod- el forconstruction and fabrication pur- poses.Support the BIM Coordinator in the implementation of BIM execution pla- ns andcompany stan- dards.Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and model walkthrough- s withinternal and external stakeho- lders.Ensure model and drawing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with p- rojectstan- dards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, processe- s, andcontent libr- aries.Assist with setting up project-specific templates and model setup for new pro**jects.What You'l**l Bring:Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Archi- tecture).Experience using Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coor- dination.Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Constructio- n Cloud).Ability to interpret MEP and architectural drawings and specif- ications.Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construct- ion, or arelat- ed field.2+ year of experience in a BIM Technician or similar role in construction-, MEP, ordata center- projects.Understanding of ISO 19650 pr- inciples.Knowledge of construction methods, coordination processes, and indu- stry bestp- ractices.Strong communication and collaboratio- n skills.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving- ability.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project env- ironment.Team player with a proactive and flexible- attitude.Experience in mission-critical or data center environments d- esirable.Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and familiarity wi- th Irish,UK, or EU building regulations and codes would be an a**dvantage.Why Hanl****ey Energy:Launchpad for Y our Career: Joining Hanley Energy means stepping into a world of endless opportunities.
