Reporting to the Quality Lead, this role will advocate best practice, oversee compliance with BCAR and partner requirements, and ensure that all projects meet the highest technical and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Support the Quality Lead with industry quality knowledge and assigned certifier processesLead the rollout of the Procore Quality DMS platform and coordinate updates on quality forms and processesUndertake regular reviews of quality procedures, ensuring benchmarking, BCAR alignment, and compliance with client/partner obligationsAttend site benchmarking inspections and carry out independent in-house audits on projectsReview product applications for compatibility, robustness, and suitability, issuing quality memos and alerts where requiredCoordinate with technical managers on product specifications, approvals, and compliance with HomeBond, LDI, Passive House, and purchaser requirementsDeliver in-house training across technical, construction, operational, and customer-facing teams, covering topics such as BCAR, facades, fire safety, and quality managementSupport continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with business requirementsIf you're interested or would like more details, please apply directly or contact or
