Role Overview As a Customer Growth Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from qualification and demos to driving the buying process and closing deals. Youll be responsible for growing the companys client base, managing a high-velocity pipeline, and building strong, long-term relationships with founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in the e-commerce and retail space. Key Responsibilities Build and expand the client base Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and develop long-term growth strategies. Support peers and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals. Leverage AI tools to work efficiently and focus on high-impact activities. Mentor and guide new Account Executives while contributing to broader projects. Your Profile Experience in a net-new revenue sales role within MarTech or SaaS, Proven success selling to founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands. Experience in a high-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales environment. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
