The Role
Step into the role of a Norwegian speaking Sales Executive where you will engage with investment clients from Norway who have already shown interest in the company’s services. Your primary task will be to understand the clients' needs, introduce them to the comprehensive range of services offered, and arrange meetings with regional sales partners. Importantly, this role involves no cold calling—clients have already initiated contact.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on client interest to understand their needs and preferences.
Communicate the company’s value proposition to high-net-worth investors and arrange meetings with regional sales partners.
Contribute to the firm’s growth while enhancing clients’ financial well-being.
Work with warm leads provided by the marketing team—no cold calling required.
Candidate Profile, Skills and Background
Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
Previous sales experience or a strong passion for a sales career.
Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals, working to targets.
A competitive, sales-focused personality is essential.
Ability to earn trust and act in clients’ best interests.
Excellent communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary of €34,500 to €37,000 per annum + uncapped commission - OTE €90,000!
1/4 extra bonus target rewards!
28 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days, plus up to 11 paid holidays.
Relocation package of €8,000 to relocate to Dublin if necessary.
