Job Title: Luxury Accommodation Manager
Job Description
We are currently recruiting an Accommodation Manager with meticulous standards for a luxury boutique hotel property. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of comfort, cleanliness and hospitality for all guests to the property.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. They will also be responsible for managing and supervising the accommodation team, ensuring they are fully trained on company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
* Manage and supervise the accommodation team, ensuring whole team is fully trained on company standards and procedures.
* Oversee daily room allocations, liaising closely with Front Office on check-ins/check-outs and guest requests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
* Manage budgets, control inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, etc.), and oversee cost-efficiency initiatives.
* Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards.
