Successful candidate will provide engineering expertise to operations and maintenance team as well as design and project oversight for a multitude of facilities systems and projects for Bulk & Special Gas & Chemical Storage, Delivery & Treatment/Removal on our semiconductor manufacturing site in Limerick IE. The successful candidate will also offer support to Gas & Chemical systems supporting leading edge technology development and would also get opportunities in other disciplines beyond core Gas & Chemistry responsibilities.It is a very exciting time to be part of ADI. The semiconductor market is very strong, and we have multiple ongoing and future projects to support market growth and ADI.Job DescriptionResponsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:Provide technical guidance for operating, maintaining and repairing all facilities Gas & Chemical systemsEvaluate site Gas & Chemical systems and develop a roadmap by incorporating failure analysis, redundancy, and elimination of single points of failure to support 24/7 mission critical operationsReview existing Gas & Chemical systems and recommend improvement to conserve natural resourcesCollaborate with ADI facilities team members across the world to share best practices to enhance sustainabilityPrepare plans, schedules and cost estimatesPrepare purchase requisitions, ROI calculations, and executive summariesSubmit proposalsCoordinate contractorsPrepare snag lists and ensure contractors complete all work on schedulePrepare planning permit applications and reports as required for compliance with all applicable lawsMaintain Gas & Chemical systems drawings and documents to match as‑built conditionsOwnership of all changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing the completion of root cause analysis and follow up resolution actionsEnsure standardization and consistency with best in class operating proceduresRespond to Site EmergenciesMinimum Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering2-3 years of field or design experience requiredGood computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in ACAD, Pipe Flow, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordMust have good people skills, be able to multi‑task and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, fluid environmentMust be quality and safety oriented and able to work with minimal supervisionMust be self‑motivated, team oriented, and hands‑onExcellent organisational and planning skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team0-5% travelAnalog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
