Job Title: Inventory Logistics Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inventory Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods.
Responsibilities:
* Support site start-up and provide subject matter expertise in warehouse and logistical operations.
* Assist ILS Warehouse Specialist, control tower operations, and manufacturing team with all material movements inside of the facility.
* Engage with control tower support, automation technicians, manufacturing operations personnel, and Level I support team by executing required EWM system transactions.
* Ensure replenishment of production lines is occurring with automated systems on-time.
* Partner with support teams for appropriate escalations and issue resolution.
* Maintain a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE corporate and site goals.
* Quality experience with a safety-first and quality-always mindset.
* Support inventory personnel to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained across integrated systems.
* Partner with warehouse and production operations teams with a customer-focused mindset working to improve operation uptime of different areas.
* Support daily process teams discussions regarding automation KPIs and equipment utilization.
* Follow all GMP and other regulatory requirements.
* Participate in quality initiatives and audits.
* Compliance to FDA, EMEA, DEA, OSHA, IDEM, and EPA regulations.
* Meet appropriate goals for performance improvement as defined by area Leadership.
* Maintain learning plan at 100% current.
* Follow and execute policies and procedures impacting warehouse activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
* 2+ years of previous warehouse/logistics experience in a GMP environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and escalate effectively.
* Understanding of quality policies and procedures.
* Understanding of the importance of and requirements of regulatory agencies such as the FDA, OSHA, and EPA.
* Demonstrated judgment and initiative to solve problems.
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude; flexible and willing to work overtime, and weekends.
* SAP/EWM experience.
* Comfortable interfacing with automated systems.
