Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generations.Role ProfileReporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the IT Audit Manager will conduct IT, compliance and operational reviews of Tirlán and its subsidiaries. The IT Audit Manager will interact with management personnel across the company and will be exposed to IT, financial and business operations.Prospective candidates will ideally be familiar with SAP systems or SAP auditing techniques.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate expertise in audit standards, processes, and techniques and apply these skills to execute IT, operational and compliance auditsConduct application and data processing reviews to determine effectiveness of computer systems, system controls and their information security components, including data integrityConduct technology and IT security reviews to determine effectiveness of infrastructure, cloud and network technologies and their information security components, including service resilience and continuityReview and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT and broader internal controls, compliance with corporate policies and proceduresIdentify and clearly define audit issues and root causes and ensure that appropriate business focussed corrective action plans are developed, agreed by senior management and implementedProvide recommendations to improve internal controls and business processesMaintain a multi-year audit schedule and associated audit workbooks to guide audit engagementsLead individual audit planning, budgeting, resourcing, execution and wrap up processesWhere appropriate, review audit work papers to determine testing is complete with appropriate documentation in accordance with internal audit standardsPrepare audit reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations with business stakeholders and risk ownersConduct integrated audits with the business audit team, especially related to SAP reviewsProvide supervision and coaching of less experienced members across the Internal Audit Team, aimed at developing IT auditing skills and facilitating audit completionRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Systems Auditing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS Management, Engineering or BusinessHold a current recognised CISA or CRISC certification6+ years' experience in IT audit, preferably in business/industry within the Dairy / Agri sectorBroad IT audit experience covering IT infrastructure, operating systems, project management, SAP and/or databases, IT security components, Operations Technology (OT) security practicesExperience with multiple technology platforms including Windows, Linux, Cisco, and PaloAlto along with experience of multiple application and ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft365 and both cloud & on-premise database platformsExperience in application of IT frameworks and standards to IT audit including COBIT, ITIL and ISO27001Strong data analytics or CAATS skills – IDEA knowledgeAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong leadership and coaching skillsProject management skillsWe offerHybrid working (flex Fridays)Free parking incl.
